8th SeptMount Blair Community Council Meeting - Kirkmichael Session House 7.30pm.
10th SeptArt Workshop - 'Making a Silk Paper Bowl' by Margaret Stanford. Kirkmichael Session House 10am - 4pm, cost £20 includes light lunch. You will make a trial piece of silk paper using silk tops and while that dries you can then use what you've learnt to make a small bowl. Once dry, they can both be embellished with stitch. Please bring the following items: sewing equipment - threads, beads, needles, scissors etc, 2 small cheap household paint brushes, an old cake cooler and hairdryer. Limited places, please book. Fundraiser for Strathardle Coffee ToTs with percentage of funds raised going to 'Click Sargent' Guests include Natural Health and Beauty from Blairgowrie with taster sessions of Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Nail tidy and polish available, Virgin Vie representative, tarot card reader, information from local Acupuncturist, Arts and Crafts, card making, floral displays and a chocolate fountain amongst many others. 6th OctKirkmichael Scottish Country Dancing Class re-starts - Kirkmichael Village Hall 7.30pm. Come along and join us. The emphasis is on fun not expertise though we all endeavour to improve!
