Cray House
Cray sleeps 20 people in a variety of double and single bedded rooms over three floors. There are also cots for babies. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with everything from tweezers to Trival Pursuit, Wellies to wooden toys. All you need to supply is food, refreshments and personal effects. There is a small local shop at Bridge of Cally and one at Kirkmichael both 10 minutes away, larger shops and supermarket shopping is at Blairgowrie 30 minutes.

Blair Beg is situated in Glenshee surrounded by hills and tres, sleeps 2 -4 comprises, one double bedded room, bathroom, combined sitting room (which has a fold down settee), kitchen dining area. It is ideally placed for a wealth of outdoor activities including walking, climbing, winter sports, hang-gliding, fishing, riding and golf on many varied courses. Just off the main road north from Perth to Royal Deeside it is also the perfect base for exploring the mountains, lochs and country towns of the Highlands. The Cateran Trail long distance walk passes the house and the Glenshee Ski Area, largest in Scotland, is a 15 minute drive. Shops 8 miles, pub/hotel 3 miles. The cottage has views across the scenic countryside. Tastefully modernised to a particularly high standard, the rooms are most attractive and stylish to offer a very comfortable holiday home. River Cottage
A lovely two bedroomed cottage on the banks of the River Ardle near Pitlochry.
River Cottage lies amongst some of the prettiest countryside in Scotland, and is surrounded by unspoiled “policy ground” of the former Kindrogan Estate. The Cottage itself enjoys a lovely and secluded position, designed to maximise its location with French windows leading to a decked area overlooking the River Ardle. The cottage sleeps four in four star luxury, with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with woodburner and satellite TV, video and DVD.
This area of Scotland is renowned for its outstanding countryside which ranges from the verdant pasture land at the waters edge up to the heather clad hills above. River Cottage is situated close to the hamlet of Enocdhu; in a quiet and little known area of Highland Perthshire. Kirkmichael, around about three miles to the south, provides the day-to-day facilities – shop, pubs and restaurants; Pitlochry is only 9 miles west, whilst Blairgowrie is 15 miles to the east. This area of Scotland is also well known for its recreation and amenities. Fishing is available from the grounds, skiing is close by and for the golfer there is an excellent variety of courses, including Pitlochry and the famous championship course, Rosemount. For those with an ornithological bent, there is a fine opportunity in the Glens, with hill walking, mountain biking and historic sites all on the doorstep.

The Coach House, Compass Christian Centre, 
Glenshee.
Converted from the original Edwardian Coach House into four separate units, the Coach House nestles in the grounds of the Compass Christian Centre. The centrally heated units vary in size accommodating from 2 to 5. They are ideal for independent or family style use, the units are not designed for larger group self-catering. Ground floor units are bedsit style, with shared toilet and shower facilities adjacent. All units have a kitchen area, fridge, small cooker with oven and hot plates. Prosen (upstairs) is also equipped with a DVD player and microwave and has an ensuite shower room. Heating, lighting, bedding and laundry facilities for the use of all guests are provided at no extra charge. As part of the complex of the Centre, a range of facilities are available to our self-catering guests: in the winter, skiing and/or snowboarding; archery, orienteering, tree climb, abseiling, hill-walking, kayaking and rafting are also available with instruction from our qualified instructors.
There is a well equipped sports hall, games room and indoor climbing wall which can be used by self catering guests if depending on availability. Pre booked meals can be provided for those not wishing to cater for themselves.

Camnacar Cottage, Kirkmichael Perthshire.
This attractive Cottage is conveniently situated in the centre of the village up a track off the main street, opposite the garage. It sleeps 4 in 2 upstairs rooms (a double and a twin) there is plenty of room for a cot too. With a spacious living-room, woodburning stove and stripped pine flooring and well-equipped kitchen downstairs. The thick stone walls, double-glazed windows and central heating keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. The Cottage is part of a family run smallholding. Ducks, pigs, and chickens are amongst the residents. The 2 acres of garden are enclosed and watered by a small burn from which we will generate hydroelectricity. There is a building nearby that can be used as a rehearsal / performance space in the converted milking shed, a few metres from the cottage.
The cottage is minutes away from the Cateran trail as well as 3 pubs / restaurants and a community run village shop and post office. There is plenty to do around including walking, cycling, fishing and visiting attractions such as whiskey distilleries, castles and standing stones.. The ski-slopes of Glenshee are within 20 minutes or so.

Both cottages utilise renewable energies (ground source heat pumps) to provide underfloor heating throughout.
Smiddy Cottage is a detached stone cottage that sleeps 3, with a double and single bedroom, family bathroom, open plan kitchen louge, dining room with wood-burning stove and oil central heating. Smiddy has a large secure garden surrounding the cottage.
Free WiFi is available at all cottages and we welcome pets and children. we are open all year and accept short break bookings as well as full weeks.
