View the plans and obtain a comments form at the Session House, the Council Offices in Blairgowrie or at www.pkc.gov.uk.

The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 gives people a right of non motorised responsible access and puts a duty on Councils to plan a core paths network. Core paths should make it easier for people to get out and enjoy the countryside and will in time it is planned that the paths will be waymarked.
