Art and Craft Groups

Cally Craft Group

We meet each Thursday at the Blackwater Hall between 1 – 4pm . Our purpose is to have a little time to dedicate to our own craft. Crafts are many and varied.

Membership is not formal, simply a list of those who want to be included. Attendance is simply on a drop in basis, £2 per visit. So far this has worked out well and has covered costs. The very least you get is a cuppa and a blether. But you may of course also achieve quite a bit of craft in three hours!

You are free to bring any craft you want. We help and advise and learn from one another; exchange information, ideas, materials, equipment and books.

Although so far ladies come along, we would welcome gents too. The prime objective has been for an informal group, and I think we have achieved that.

By Easter, gardens, lambing and holidays beckon so we usually meet weekly between September and April. This summer we will have intermittent meetings at other venues. For further information contact:
